This weekend I had the pleasure of photographing my dear friend Hallie who is a personal chef in Los Angeles. We headed to the farmers market first to get a huge variety of oraganic veggies, then we spent the afternoon cooking and photographing all the dishes.
Hallie and I are teaming up on a special project this spring/summer, (more on that in a few weeks), so we took this time to get some new spots for her website.
Hallie attended Le Cordon Bleu Program at the California School of Culinary Arts and graduated on the honor roll while receiving her Associate of Science in Culinary Arts soon after. Since then, she has a had over five years of experience in restaurants, catering companies and private homes all over Los Angeles County. Hallie uses the freshest and finest organic ingredients in her cooking. She is classically trained in French cooking, but is also well-versed in cooking Latin/Mexican, Italian, Regional American and Japanese cuisines.
Hallie provides in-home chef services, dinner parties, catering and private cooking lessons in the Los Angeles and San Fernando area.
